Promoting bicycle use for a  healthier and more sustainable community.

The ReCyclery is a 501-C3 non-profit community bike shop. We sell used bikes, new & used parts, accessories like racks, bags, gloves, helmets, etc. We run a full-service repair shop - just like any other bike shop - but we also host workshops designed for people to learn how to fix and maintain their own bikes in a non-intimidating environment. We strive to educate all members of the community, young, old and everyone in between, about the benefits of riding and maintaining the bicycle. We also educate students how to safely share the road with cars and other bicyclists. Scroll down to see our 2014 "Strategic Thoughts".

Swing by and check out the shop, sign up for a one of our seasonal classes, or come learn how to wrench on a Saturday Community Shop Day.

Through our education programs and bicycle recycling services, we inform the public about the social, environmental and health benefits of cycling.

We strive to increase bicycle ridership in Jefferson County by empowering and motivating people to live active and healthy lifestyles.

Our Vision is to see a world empowered, fulfilled and engaged in communities that foster the health of people and our planet through bicycling.
